Braswell Carpet Cleaning was very easy and pleasant to work with. They were very accommodating on our very short time schedule. Joe came out the day I called to give an estimate. We were within days of moving and he worked with us to get the job done at our convenience (working with our management company to come back and get it done after we left but before renters moved in.) It was hard to find a company that would come out to just do carpet stretching (if I hadn't already scheduled a carpet cleaner I would have had them do both) but they were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. I came back to check on the house a few weeks after we moved and the carpets looked fabulous! They stretched and tacked/glued the carpet better than it had been installed originally. I highly recommend this company!
Note: I rated the price as good vs. excellent because I was surprised initially by the cost. That being said, I had no idea how much this service runs and I am sure Braswell has very competitive prices. The excellence and care they put into their work, and the respect of service you receive is well worth the price.
