The facts are as follows: 1) Received an invoice with charges dating back 2.5 years. Was this a reasonable time to advise a customer that they owed money for past services? Was it professionally justifiable to charge a customer because they “forgot” about the charge? 2) The owner never responds to written concerns! Instead the Supervisor decides to mail me a termination of services letter because I complained and expresses concerns about the quality of workmanship. Instead of fixing the concerns, the Supervisor advises me to get another company that I could “trust”. Maybe the Supervisor missed the point of my letter? Do you think that the Supervisor might have a possible ego issue? and 3) After paying this company $4K+ for installation of the filtration system, pressure reducing valve, etc., now the Supervisor will not disclose the type of cartridge that was replaced every 6 months. This no response mentality further supports the unprofessionalism of this company. Do yourself a favor and seek another plumbing company!

We had mixed experience with them. They did a good work and the finished product was well done. The bad thing is that they'll drive you for about a month. He also gave us a quote but they lack in communication. It was very difficult to get them out of there at different times.

Willy Saul and Son Plumbing didn;t even try to do any other work than fix the problem. They didn't charge me for any service call. They didn't try to take advantage of me and that was very good. It took them an hour to come out after I called. They were very impressive and great. I'm saving their number in the future if I need anything. I trust these guys and they live 10 minutes from where I'm at. They didn't ask for cash upfront, they'll just send me an invoice. They were very professional.
