They service was great. He showed up when he said. He fixed the toilet and was done within an hour.

Steve Golden and crew were originally scheduled for 2/20/2013, but a death in our family necessitated a trip out of state. This was no problem for Steve, who rescheduled our work for 2/26/2013, working around other jobs by staying late to finish our job. He moved the sediment filter that had been in. The crawlspace to the basement potion of our house to make it easier for us as all things ( water softener & acid neutralizer) would be in one easily accessible place. He did not charge extra for this or for mounting a power strip on the cement block wall. He and his crew wore "booties" over their work shoes, so as not to track dirt into our home. They were always polite and on time and did what they said they would.
