Paul Farmer prices his services considerably lower than the big plumbing companies that advertise extensively in Wilson. On a Monday in a week when record-setting heat was no doubt creating a peak of home emergencies (like ours), he responded to the call very quickly. He agreed to install a new water heater that we bought, he cleaned up well after his work, and even agreed to haul away the old defective water heater - others charge extra for that. He ran out to buy extra hardware and secured the access panel to the heater space that had previously been just stood in its place. Very quick and responsive, very good work, cleaned up, respectful of our property, and he was very polite.
