They told us that unfortunately we are going to get a little bit of smell from the type of lava bricks that they are and they also asked if we had a carbon monoxide detector and they suggested that we get that checked out because we don't have one. They are very prompt. They got somebody out within a couple of days after we called them. We don't use a lot of propane because we also use electricity but they treat us like we are big clients.
