 + -1 moreI called the office of Carrolls at 8a.m. and told them that my gas pack had quit producing heat after hours the previous evening. I added that I needed heat as soon as possible due to the chronic illness of my husband. She assured me that a technician would be at my house by 9:30. He arrived at approximately 9:15 (I am about 35 miles from their office). Before 10a.m., I had heat. The service technician was very polite and proficient. My bill was less than 1/2 of what I had expected to pay based charges from others who had serviced the unit in the past. I will certainly be using them again in the Spring to check out my AC before time to start using it. The service technician's name was Timothy.
Description of Work: Service technician replaced a relay and also cleaned clogged igniters on furnace.
