Though he worked me in quickly and even arrived early, he brought along with him two guys that he said later don't normally work with him - one of which he later admitted isn't actually a painter. They started out spilling a large amount of paint in a room where the carpet was to be replaced anyway. I told them not to worry, but to be more careful in the other room, in which the carpet was brand new. Unfortunately, though there was no large spill, there were splatters and baseball-sized spots scattered throughout that room as well. There was also no clear line between the walls and baseboards. When I asked that he come back and clean the carpet, he did come, but in cleaning it rubbed a silver dollar sized spot of the carpet bare. I'm also still finding small paint splatters in that room. Trying to be fair, instead of asking him to replace the carpet, I asked for 1/2 of the money I paid to be returned to me (almost $100 less than the carpet). In the business profile this company offers guarantees, yet I've been waiting and calling for three months and have still not received the refund I was promised. When first contacted by my attorney he admitted he had decided he did not owe me anything. We are still waiting and trying to decide if we are going to have to take him to court.
