I could not be happier with PESTAR.
I had been fighting mice in my garage and outer building for quite some time with little to no success. I tried baits and just ended up with dead mice in areas of my garage and shed that I couldn't reach, so they'd rot and stink up the place. I switched to traps and although I had very little signs of mice (other than those in the traps), I was emptying the traps daily. We recently were out of town for a little over a week and when we returned, I was emptying the traps several times a day for several days. I'd had enough!
I called and PESTAR came out, accessed my situation and recommended a treatment plan which I accepted and they got right to work that day. Since then I've seen only one mouse. It was a few weeks ago, and he won't be visiting mine or anyone else's garage anymore, for that matter. Other than that one mouse, there were only a few signs early on that mice had been in the garage and I've seen none since.
PESTAR has been out once since the initial visit to check and replace bait. On both visits they were very courteous and extremely helpful.
On their initial visit, I invited the two PESTAR technicians in to give them a run down of what I was dealing with and the first thing they did (without being asked to) was to remove their shoes. That's a great way to make a good first impression.
The treatment plan I chose was a one year plan and since I paid in full up front I received a 10% discount. And with that one year treatment plan, they're not only taking care of the mice problem, but any insect and pest treatment issues I might need.
It was money well spent!

Very professional employee came and quoted and explaind everything they were going to be doing during the install.

Pestar's prices were good, the people are very knowledgeable, there was no high pressure sales, and they are extremely nice people.

The exterminator was very professional. He cam explained everything. I asked questions and he did not treat me like I was stupid. I asked about the products and how it will affect the pets and young children. He told me that in a nice and very respectful way. He also let me know hat he will be the only one that comes which is great because you do not want several different people coming and going.

Overall, the service was provided promptly and contractor returned weekly until the baits began to decrease in usage. After that he came every two weeks until baits were not disturbed.

Everything worked pretty smoothly thanks to our agent and the technician.
