Gerry was great on the phone setting up the repair time and giving an estimate. The technician, Dennis, was able to come four hours earlier than the originally scheduled window. No complaints here since I would like to have my car back! He had the springs changed out and the door serviced in less than an hour! I used them in 2005 when I first moved into this house, and they were the first ones I called when it broke last night. As always, fast, courteous, and honest. Did not try to sell me extra parts or charge extra for expedited services. I would recommend this company!

They came out to assess the job, called us the next day with a quote (and sent a copy via e-mail). We were pleased with their price and service and the door looks great!

He did a very good job. He was here for about an hour and a half. He was one person and he did what he was supposed to do. I paid him and he left. It is very nice and I have no problems at all. I spent $165 including the part.
