We had just purchased a car from dealer.  Had it 13 days when someone T-Boned my wife.  Clearly it was not her fault.  Appraiser came out and appraised damage to car at 3500.  Damage was more than double that.  Diminished value on the 2013 is19000.00.
Appraiser has been very uncooperative and has insulted my self and wife by not taking us seriously.  He has been rude and has a "i don't care attitude. He is the only person Farm Bureau will send to us and they are not working with us.  This is a 13 day old Lincoln that has had 8k in damages and will never be the same.  We have lost an incredible amount of money and this is headed to court.
