The manuals for the thermostats are lost, and they were recently installed. He calledHoneywell for us, figured out the were not configured properly, and were set for aux heat only. He saved us from a very expensive winter, and likely a ruined system. He's a great personable guy. Can't say enough good things about him.

A/C unit stopped working. Homeowners warranty couldn't get a technician out for 4 days to fix the unit. Called Dean O'Banion and he was here in an hour and had the unit fixed in less than an hour. The compressor went bad and he had one on his truck and was able to change it and get the unit running right away. Mr. O'Banion was very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend his services.
