"First off, we are truly sorry that you feel this way about your service experience, especially since customer satisfaction is our number one goal. We do appreciate any feedback that is provided and use it to see what areas we can improve upon or continue to excel in. Upon receipt of your review, we have gone back and researched the history on your account as we do not want anyone to feel as if they've been wronged in anyway. Our records indicate that a service technician was dispatched the same day of the call coming in, he performed the diagnostic, found the system low on refrigerant, suggested that dye be placed in system and return in a few weeks for a leak search. According to the notes we have, authorization was provided by you via phone conversation at the time our technician was at your rental property for the addition of the refrigerant, dye to be placed in system and return trip for leak search. When he called back for payment, he was not able to reach you, so therefore we sent an invoice for the diagnostic, refrigerant and dye cartridge. Payment was received for that service and there was no mention of charges being disputed or not authorized. We then performed the leak search and sent an invoice for that service performed on 7/5, which remains unpaid on the account. We always strive to be as fair and professional as we can be with our customers. Some time last night, one of the hottest and most humid nights of the year, the heat pump completely stopped working. I called Band M Contractors this morning a little after 8:00 am, and was given an 11:00 am appointment with Paul.
He called ahead, and came early, which was a blessing, as the indoor temperature was already around 85.
After a complete diagnostic, he replaced a part, and got it running as good as new. Also checked to be sure filters were ok.
The price, which included a discount for being on a yearly service contract, was more than reasonable.
I couldn't have asked for a faster response, or a better outcome.
