The price is fair but he did not finish the job. He did not do the job correctly. He was an hour late. He was very good; he was descent but I'm sorry to tell you his work was not descent.

I have no dislikes. They pay now, even though the warranty company gave them difficulty, they still made sure that we are happy and they made sure we had air no matter what and they fought with American Home Shield. I spent just my Warranty Deductible $60. Their friendliness and professionalism were awesome. They were pretty punctual. They gave us wonderful service and they helped us when we really needed them.

I obtained 5 quotes for replacing a heat pump and air handler. AW Rayfield offered the best price and the best warranty. Though all offers included the manufacturers 10 year parts warranty, AW Rayfield also provided a 2 year labor warranty while the other offers only had a 1 year labor warranty. This company was quick to come out and provide an estimate, scheduled the installation quickly, showed up on time, and did a wonderful job of installing the new heat pump system and removing the old one. They were neat and left my house and property clean, and were extremely pleasant and professional. I have nothing but praise for AW Rayfield and highly recommend them. My new heat pump is working great and that's good since we're now experiencing 90+ degrees temperatures!
