- Darryl Rimmer is the owner of this company and did the work himself with the help of two of his workers. My old unit was 14 years old and he replaced it with a new high efficiency Heil that is even smaller than my old unit in size, but more efficient. He had to back down an embankment, across my front yard and remove a portion of fence in order to get to the area. When they were done I could not tell a 4-wheel drive and trailer had even been down there or that a portion of fence had been taken down and replaced. He tied back all the surrounding shrubs and once again they did it without disturbing anything. While he was here, he checked the separate unit we have for our upstairs. I have used him twice in the past and I will tell you he is honest, personable and caring about his customers.
