+ -1 moreDarryl Rimmer is the owner of this company and did the work himself with the help of two of his workers. My old unit was 14 years old and he replaced it with a new high efficiency Heil that is even smaller than my old unit in size, but more efficient. He had to back down an embankment, across my front yard and remove a portion of fence in order to get to the area. When they were done I could not tell a 4-wheel drive and trailer had even been down there or that a portion of fence had been taken down and replaced. He tied back all the surrounding shrubs and once again they did it without disturbing anything. While he was here, he checked the separate unit we have for our upstairs. I have used him twice in the past and I will tell you he is honest, personable and caring about his customers.
Description of Work: When I turned my heat on for the first time this season no heat was coming out, but the fan was blowing air. I called them on 10/16 and he came over that day and looked at my unit. He explained the problem and told me I needed a new system and quoted me a price and what it covers. He had done work for me before and I trusted him, but he told me to get other estimates. I talked to two other parties, both quoted $2000+ above his price and naturally I went with him. Because of recent rains my lawn was really soft, so he came back on the 21st. Because he was going to have to drive through the front yard, he put it off until the 25th and got it all installed that day. He and his men did a great job, never left a trace that they had driven through the yard and my new HVAC works great.
