Always wanted to be paid before the work was completed. He was always going to other jobs before he completed the work I hired him to do. At the end he would not return my calls and he never finished the job. Every place he worked at my house there is unfinished work. Workmanship is half a--, lets say not very professional. If you find the need to use this man be sure you get a written quote and never completely pay him until the job is finished.

Tim replied to our first email that night. He showed up the next day to provide an estimate and was very nice about allowing us the time to have other estimates done. We did just that and found that Tim's was by far the most fair for the work he promised. He was detailed in the description of the estimate and the amount of time it would take. Tim and his crew worked with smiles on their faces and finished the job one day before Tim figured it would be finished. They left the place just as they found it, but with new drywall and paint it looked like a brand new house!
