Clean Reflections

They were good. They are efficient. They did exactly what they are supposed to do and what you tell them to do. They didn't take too long to finish cleaning. We are very happy with them. The only thing that my wife mentioned was that they didn't clean behind the toilet floor. They came at the time they said they were going to come.

I have been very happy with Tracie and Clean Reflections.  I also believe the information, listed on Angie's List, that this company is neither bonded nor insured is not accurate.  Clean Reflections deep cleaned my old house to a shine when I was selling it and I was so happy with the company that I decided to use them as regular housekeepers in my new house. Their rates are very reasonable and Tracie is very responsive if something is not done the way you'd like.  The only issue I have ever found is that the house cleaners themselves speak little or no English, so it's kind of hard to communicate with them.  However, since Tracie is so responsive, I've called her if I could not explain something to the cleaners.  Also, I totally trust this company with coming into my home when I'm gone.  I've never had an issue and, once you communicate what you want done, they do an excellent job with a great attitude.  Tracie is just the nicest person you'd ever want to meet and I've been so happy with the service from her company.
