SouthCraft built a shoddy home. After spending over 1 million dollars on our dream home, we ended up with a nightmare home. The roof leaked and ruined interior walls and trim, the foundation was inadequate and under code for the size of the home and caused a great deal of interior damage, including cracked walls, granite and tile and out of square doors and windows. It has cost us over $200,000.00 to hire experts to diagnose all of the many problems and to have a qualified contractor rebuild the home. We've lost many years due to SouthCraft's poor building capabilities and will be happy to share all of the expert reports with anyone naively contemplating hiring this firm.
