Recently, one of our A/C units stopped cooling on a Saturday evening. My husband called the office and surprisingly, Todd's wife answered the phone. While our lack of air wasn't a major problem, we were leaving on vacation the next day and we wanted to make sure when we returned home in two weeks our AC would be working properly. After explaining our situation, my husband agreed we could wait until Monday for Todd to come by and check it out. Since we were not there to ensure the unit continued to work properly, Todd returned several times over the next two weeks to check for himself. When we returned home, instead of being met with an invoice in the mail we arrived to a cool house and a replaced part sitting on the back step. The invoice arrived a week or so later.
