We love our beautiful floors and look forward to having the rest of the floors in our house refinished by Old Town Wood Floors at some point. Kent was easy to get in touch with, gave a detailed estimate, showed up when he said he would, and was professional all the way. He did a lovely job and I hardly even knew he was here aside from the loud sanding equipment. The length of the job was just as he estimated. We did have him come back to fix a few tiny places that were only noticeable once the last coat of polyurethane had dried. He was more than happy to do so and even thanked me for letting him know about the issue. I plan to hire Old Town Wood Floors in the future and will recommend Kent to anyone I know needing hardwood flooring services.
