Scope of Project was expanded as underlying problems were discovered. Previous owners had not correctly repaired water caused damage. Example(s): 1) Man door to Tack Room in garage was found to have been repaired with a large quantity of wood filler and painted over to cover rotted wood on door frame and did nothing to address the cause. 2) Leaky window problem in the Tack Room had been covered up by weather stripping. 3) The Shed had a lot of rotting wood covered over by siding, this was discovered when the rotted corner frame 4x4's were being replaced.
