I was very satisfied with the experience. Piedmont Surfaces installed several granite countertops in my home over 10 years ago. The kitchen countertop cracked due to a bad install. Pam didn't own the company at the time, but she came to my house, sized up the situation, and basically replaced it for cost. She had no obligation to do that because she didn't own the business when the work was done. I found them to be professional, caring, and willing to deal with a bad situation in a most caring way. I would use them again and will recommend them highly to others.

Installation of countertops went seamlessly. Installers were professional and thorough. They were very precise and careful not to damage anything in our home. Cleaned up after install. Great experience!!

They did an outstanding job, and it is just gorgeous. It is well worth the drive to North Carolina to go look at it. Their pricing was a lot better than we could of gotten in Virginia. A friend of ours referred them to us and we drove to North Carolina to schedule them. They gave us a date to get there and it was there.
