We were totally dissatisfied with their service on both times that I took our dog in there. The receptionist is a binary person, she could be either nothing or one thing. People can stand in line and wait for long while she handles one customer, does one thing, answers the phone but she cannot handle anything else. Then she disappears. The doctor is very nice but the charge for the services was so expensive. The place is clean but not friendly. We just felt that we were not cared for.

All staff were kind and helpful. Our vet is one of the nicest persons I have ever met. He gave my dog a good check up and explained everything to me in detail. I have talked with others and recommended Eden Vet. for them to take their pets there. I will take my dog there anytime he needs medical care and shots.
