I actually helped them open the pool, remove the cover etc. It took months for the bill to come and it was an exorbitant amount of money. I then called every pool service in Asheville, and no one else charges this much. I was not forewarned either. No chemicals were left here for me to use to correct the issues the pool was having and I had no prior pool experience to draw on. When I called them about the bill, I told them I would pay the reasonable and customary charges only and was told to do that and never call them again. I haven't.
