Green River Well & Pump Co

They are the best!!! They are timely, reasonable, pleasant and patient!! They did not try to upsell me at all, and were pleasant to have in the house. As a woman, whose husband travels this is important to me. I will always call them for my water problems, and I HIGHLY recommend them. The first time some one had knocked open my faucets in my pasture, and the second time my meter component thing ? on my tank died. $120 which included replacing a small brass pipe that was completely corroded. Great guys!

GREAT. Crew arrived on short notice (next day), determined problem and performed repairs (working until after 6pm) by pulling pump (520 ft.) and repairing leaks in header pipe caused by improper initial installation by different Co.

They did a great job! Came right out same day. Installed the pump. Gave me paperwork. I called with follow up questions afterwards and they were more than helpful in answering all of my questions. Prompt service.

I have used Green River for the past 3 years to maintain an aging community well system. I totally depend on Bryant, Chris, and Jamie for their knowledge and support. Managing this system is a thankless job and makes me a tad crazy at times. They are very patient and understanding. They quickly detect the source of the leak, use the Trac hoe like pastry chefs so you would hardly know where they dug, respond quickly when I call so as not to disrupt water flow to the residents for very long, and they bill instead of asking for cash at the end of the job (sometimes I can't get all the cash needed from the well users in a timely manner). Many times they have repaired areas once/twice repaired by other contractors. The areas Green River Well has repaired have stayed repaired. They also replaced the pump and switches a few years ago at a very reasonable price.

My water well was losing pressure and slow to recover. I was convinced that a new well pump was required since I already replaced the pressure switch and checked the surge tank. I called Bryant at Green River Well and Pump (GRWP) who took my call at 7:30 am and had his crew on site by 9:30. GRWP is one hour away from my home. GRWP evaluated the water well system checking the electrical and mechanical systems first and determined the well pump was in good condition. The problem was a clogged filter that I installed on the wrong side of the surge tank. I was impressed with the professionalism, efficiency and honesty of the field crew. In addition they made several recommendations about the piping and filter relocation. Of note GPWR was the only well service with a website and is a member of the National Well Water Association. I have already recommended GRWP to my neighbors and will use them again in the future.

The well pump started to fail. Suddenly we had no water pressure. Although the pressure did come back pretty quickly, it was a sign that the pump was about ready to quit altogether. Green River checked it out ... determined the pump was about to fail. Needed
immediate replacement. It was a very rainy day when the work had to done. But, they had no problem with that. Worked right through a driving rainstorm so we would have dependable water. This kind of commitment to customer satisfaction is almost nonexistent in today's world. And it was greatly appreciated, believe me.
Job went just fine, in spite of the horrible weather. They even changed out a poorly working pressure gauge for us. Everything
was back to normal after they completed their work.
I can't recommend Green River Well and Pump Co. more highly. Can not imagine better service from anyone else.

Green River Well and Pump Co. They were very good at everything they did. Good prices. Honest. They were very good, reasonable, understanding. They were helpful. And I think they were like I said reasonable for what they had to do. I know those things they aren't cheap. The people who did the work were very nice and helpful. Answered our questions and all that.
