Everything went wonderfully. They came out in a timely manner and inspected my home. They found several places where the mice could be getting in and sealed those holes up. They then set traps inside my home and put the bait stations outside. I found out that I had been doing it wrong by putting poison inside my home. When I asked why not to put it inside he explained that the mice die inside and could cause smells from dying inside walls. Gorse! Don't want that... They were very professional and after battling these pesky mice for almost all winter, they have taken Care of the problem and I greatly appreciate the work they have done for me. I am thankful I am covered for any pest I may have trouble with in the future

We had an infestation of ants in our home. After trying several pest control companies such as terminex, orkin and McNeilus pest control we still had ants. The other companies did get rid of the ants but they kept returning. I called coastal and they had a technician come out within the hour of my call. The ants were in the kitchen only but the technician inspected every inch of my home including the attic and clawlspace. He was very professional and made me feel like I knew him my whole life. He treated for the ants and they have yet to return. They are the cheapest I have found and by far beat the competition. I have signed up with them for monthly pest control and the good part is, they cover everything! I had terminex before for insect control and was charged extra for unscheduled visits or if I had a different problem I was charged extra for. With coastal I am covered for any and all insects, and any and all animals at no extra charge. I can also call 24 hours a day 7 days a week and my technician will be there at no extra cost. This is a great company and I will recommend them to everyone!
