 + -1 moreIt went very well. This is the 2nd time we have called upon Mr. Billy Duncan to come to our rescue and we are very pleased with him. I give high marks and definitely highly recommend him. He is a brick mason by trade but is a wonderful all around handyman, too. We are pleased with the jobs he has done for us.
Description of Work: We wanted several things done at the house: 3 Screen Doors fixed (2 cylinders, 2 chains, 2 door handles). The amazing thing is that 2 of these doors were custom but Mr. Duncan had no problem solving the situations. The major service was the brick arch over our driveway needed to be dismantled, save the bricks for other uses & mortar the remaining bricks. This was a delicate job because it was leaning a little and there was no room for error. Done! No Problem! Next, we had 2 - 2" Plantation blinds installed because of the age of the house those window frames were not forgiving for this install but Mr. Duncan came through again & got them up with some ingenuity. It was a long day due to the time it took for the brick work but it was worth it.

 + -1 moreWe called him on Friday, 17 August, to see if he was available. He said he would try to come Saturday, the 18th ,but he was already committed to job that required work outdoors. So, if it did not rain Saturday, he would try to come then. Otherwise, we would see him on Sunday, 19th sometime 4:30pm or after. He came Sunday at 435pm on time and went right to work. He was very professional and efficient. It ended up being a 2hr job, so I used the $50.00 coupon listed on his site. He did have a question on the coupon but I gave him a copy I printed off the computer. We wrote him a check for $50.00. He is a very nice man and a hard worker. We will use him again. We love our new toilet!!!
Description of Work: He did some plumbing work by replacing a toilet in our house with a new one we purchased. I saw the $50 for 2 hrs Coupon and plus my father is retired Army Vet, so we used that.

 + -1 moreHe is a brick mason but he can do all kinds of handy work around the house. He is just amazingly good. He knows his business. He does electrical repairs and general repair around the house. He does an excellent job. The work he did today is not his usual job, but he just came and did it. He has a regular job but he also does this on weekends. He came after work tonight and has been here a couple of hours. He is always here when he says he would be and he comes a little bit early most times. I have been using him for about two years.
Description of Work: We are using Billy Duncan Handymen today. We need to take down a tree that had some lights on it. He dug up the base so that the people who cut down the tree would not disturb the electrical wiring down below.
