We have done a lot of renovations on our own so it was such a Pleasure to Work with Juan’s crew. Every tradesman was very skilled and helped problem solve in this old house. The quality of the work was excellent and if there was a problem it was fixed. They kept the job site very clean.

Juan and his team are some of the most hard working and talented craftsmen I have ever hired. They took over my home renovation after I had fired another carpenter who did not show up for work and when he did, only did the minimal. Not Zarazua-they were always on time, clean and focused. They remodeled my bathrooms in only a few weeks. At the same time they also repaired sheetrock, refinished my oak stairs, tiled a backsplash in my kitchen and installed various appliances. Zarazua works with an attention to detail. Their prices are great for the level of work they perform. I won’t hesitate to call them again when I need more work on my home. I recommend and trust Zarazua Enterprises.

They are very good and very efficient. Fantastic, if you want something done fast and with quality. If you have an old house that requires lots of questions and customizing, I think that the Zarazua formula requires a little effort on the owner's part. Juan is up for it if you are.

Excellent! We were on a tight schedule as we had a very short window after closing to be out of our rental house and into our new home - a little more than 2 weeks. The floors were a mix of hardwoods and vinyl when we purchased the home and we wanted all hardwood. They were able to match the floors perfectly so you cannot tell where the original hardwoods started and the new ones began. Pictures show where new hardwoods were integrated with old, and a room that used to be covered in green vinyl now covered with hardwood floors. The painting was excellent as well and extremely fast! After the floors were finished, it left 4 days to paint just over 2,000 square feet. They did a remarkable job, especially considering the time constraints. The morning we moved there were 5 vans parked in the drive way (every crew Juan had available) finishing the job and by the time we moved in that afternoon the paint was dry. The work they did was fantastic. All in all, a great experience! We're about to start finishing our lower level and will be using Zarazua again.
