His work was good and his price was good. The downside of him was that he kept forgetting things and having to come back out again, so we didn't know if he was sick or something else was going on. We don't know if we would use him again but the work was good but we don't want him having to come back three times.

As of now, work is not complete. We signed contract March 30, 2009, and paid 1/3 of estimate as deposit, with promise that rough-in would be complete by April 24, 2009. Rough-in is still not complete, after many phone conversations and subsequent deadlines passing. Trey is always friendly and usually responsive to phone calls, but has not completed work as promised.

It went great- Tray was actually recommended by another area plumber who didn't provide the drain flushing service for the french draing piping. Tray was prompt in his response, showed up right on time, and made sure that the drain was clear. He also tested a few other of the outdoor drains for clogs as well. He was up-front about price and approximate time of the job. Will definitely consider this company for other plumbing work.

I was very pleased him and the price. He told me the price would be $625 and that's how much I wrote the check for when he was done. Tray Boone (the owner) came out the day I called even though he couldn't do the work until the next day, which was fine. He even got the hot water going again using my old hot water heater until he could come back out the following day and replace it. I would use him again in a heartbeat! He was a charming young man & he did what he said he was going to do. He also mentioned to me that he was once a Eagle scout which really tells you something about his character & his beliefs. Just a really nice fellow!

I was able to contact Walker's and have them come out right away. They determined what was wrong and fixed it promptly. The crew was friendly and efficient. I haven't had any more problems.

Went very smoothly. Area was cleaner than before, and I was informed that my new water heater installation brought it up to code.

I have used these guys for several years now on my rental properties, they are always fast, efficient, courteous, professional, and don't even think twice about leaving them keys to my own home and performing work in my absence. They consistently give much lower price quotes than any other plumbers in the area. So much so that I only comparison shop on the very big jobs, and always kick myself for wasting that time when I see the comparisons! These are the only plumbers I use.
