The coverage is sometimes spotty inside buildings or at random locations but otherwise, the service is good with a pretty strong, clear signal.

I had so many problems with Sprint, I decided to switch to Verizon. I haven't had any problems with Verizon. They are more expensive than other providers and their customer service is fair. The phone reception is good in different areas. If you go into the store they are very professional and they try to help you. I will continue to use Verizon.
