Staff friendly, overlooked a few things, not convenient, always difficult. Scheduling always not so precise. Trailer had slice in tire and had to take it back to get new tire.

They were efficient. The only two negatives were that:
1. When I made the appointment they said they would call to confirm when it got in, but they didn't. Fortunately it had arrived by the time of my appointment.
2. They automatically added a lifetime U-Haul warranty to my bill that I had not asked for.
