Octavious and Kenneth were the movers. They were great guys...very professional and friendly. They took great pains to pad and wrap all fragile items. They maintained a quick pace while continuing to be extremely careful with the furniture and boxes.

The move went fantastic. They loaded and unloaded and packed all the items into the storage unit. Malcolm and Dwayne were on time and professional. I would use them again.

I had Anthony and Cederic as my movers. They were AMAZING. They arrived right on time, and completed my whole move in two hours. They moved my smaller items into large boxes and moved so quickly. Everything was placed exactly where I wanted it in record time. I have moved a lot and this is easily the best moving experience I've had.

The move was quick and painless, but a wrist watch was stolen. When I spoke to a manager about it, he said stolen goods are not covered by their insurance and that my only recourse was to file a police report. Theft can happen anytime, but beware that they will assume you are lying if one of their employees steals your belongings.

They didn't really move things the way we wanted or thought that was proper. They didn't move one particular piece because we didn't like the way they were handling it. They chose not to move it at all and we had to hire someone to come and move it as an individual piece. It wasn't great. They didn't like that we questioned how they were handling things. They took offense to it and had an attitude about it. A few things were slightly damaged. I guess that is fairly normal for moving.

"I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with the service provided. I have taken the time to review your moving history and account file. I see that your service occurred in August 2015, and that the actual charges for services billed upon completion totaled near $2600 (less than the original estimate). I understand that the moving crew advised against your instruction to disassemble an antique item for movement. It was their opinion that doing so may cause potential damage to the item, as it showed previous signs of reassembly and aging. Please know that it is the goal of the moving crew to provide the best and most professional service possible. We will rarely pursue an action which is likely to cause damage, and strive to avoid claims when possible. After discussing the matter with both the crew and the office management on move day, it was determined that the business was not comfortable assuming the risk in disassembling and would not relocate the item. I recognize that this election may not have been ideal. While our moving teams take every reasonable precaution to prevent damage; given the nature of the relocation industry, damages do sometimes occur. We would welcome the opportunity to resolve the minor claims mentioned in accordance with your contract and our customer service goals. 3 movers arrived 1.5 hours late. Truck size estimated too small, did not have enough room for all our stuff. One of three movers quit after 3 hours, he was the driver of the truck, neither of the other two were authorized to drive the truck. Had to wait 2 hours for additional mover to arrive. Other two movers stopped working till supervisor arrived. We bought the 2 movers lunch. Getting late in the day, we had to pitch in to help move our own stuff into the house. Supervisor arrived and lowered their price due to all the problems. We just wanted these guys out of our house. Had to rent a van for 2 days to move the rest of our stuff that was left behind. We will never again use this company. What a disaster.

We called and placed the order for a truck and told them the size of our home, number of rooms and that we had a garage and attic that had a lot of items in them. Based on that, they sent a large truck and gave us a time estimate of 5-6 hours at $120/hour. When the three men arrived, on time, we had already removed all the boxes from the attic and they were ready to load.
They wrapped all furniture up in plastic and it made it to our house with no damage that I remember.
There was one major problem, however, that makes me not want to recommend them in the future:
The man in charge of the crew immediately upon arrival began to tell us that he was told that there would be only boxes, not furniture and tried to make us feel bad about that. We made it clear that we reserved a moving truck to move all of our belongings, including furniture (isn't that usual when you move house?). He proceeded to huff and complain the ENTIRE 5 hours. The other two guys were very friendly and hard working and did a great job and even tried to apologize for the other guy. At the end of the job, the head of the crew told us he could "make us a deal" if I "knew what he meant". I wasn't sure I did and said we would pay for their time, which ended up being the same amount as the original estimate. I felt like he was trying to scam us the entire time.
In addition, the moving truck drove off our driveway at the old house, leaving MAJOR deep divits in the side yard and crushing a pipe. They were supposed to come fix it (Because we were trying to sell the house!), but it was such a complicated process to get them to fix their mess that we took care of it ourselves so we could sell our home.

The whole experience was great, from scheduling to the actual move. When the guys arrived, they were pleasant and went straight to work. They took extra care of my belongings and loaded and unloaded them with ease. I couldn't have asked for a nicer experience.

On the moving date, they were on time and very efficient. They spent less time than quoted. They were very careful and nothing was damaged.

They worked hard for 10 hrs without complaining, on a really hot day. Nothing was broken or marked up from the move. I can't say enough good about them.

Broke stuff and would not pay for it. We had offered to carry a very nice mirror in our car wrapped in quilts because they didn't appear to be careful carrying what was already wrapped up or boxed. They said they would carefully handle it. So we went on ahead and let them wrap it. It was broken upon arrival at the townhouse. Other things were also broken where boxes were carefully marked fragile in big red letters. They were marked as glass items. Many were broken and not handled well. They were never replaced or refunded.

The 3-man crew arrived right on time and loaded up quickly. Very professional - they were friendly, courtesy and handled everything with care. Nothing was damaged and they completed the move faster than we expected despite getting stuck behind a car accident and 30 minute delay on 55. Thanks!

They arrived on time, loaded our stuff and delivered it the next day. They worked with us while we figured out a potential 'delay of close' and were on stand by. The guys were very friendly and professional. Our stuff was perfectly placed for us and they came in under budget.

The movers were great but they ended up causing damage. When I reached out to them, they were unwilling to compensate for the damages. After 6 months, I had to hire a lawyer to recoup the cost of damages. The movers themselves were very good but I had all of the trouble with their office staff.
