TROSA was very responsive and easy to work with. After the initial free consultation, I was provided with a detailed guarenteed estimate. I agreed to the services, have them a small (~20%) deposit and scheduled the work the following week. On the days of the work, the three workers expanded the area of services for no extra charge. Due to inclement weather, the job was spread over 2 days instead of one and clearly took longer than expected, which was fine. The workers were prompt, very diligent and incredibly polite. Be aware that they are not a "design" firm - rather they work best when you know exactly what you want done. I would absolutely use them again for additional yard work.

We had been with one lawn company for a number of years and were pleased with their service, but when their prices went up substantially, we looked for a bid from TROSA. Their costs were better for more frequent service. We now have them out mowing, trimming, and edging our 1/3 acre yard weekly and are very pleased with the quality of the work.

I have used TROSA's lawncare service 3 or 4 times now over the past few years, and intend to use them again in the future.  I love the good TROSA is doing in my community, and that is a factor in my decision to use and support them again and again.  They have established several flower beds for me, installed plants, refreshed existing flower beds, trimmed hedges, blown leaves, laid down mulch.  The workers have always been punctual, polite, and done work that I have been thoroughly satisfied with.

I use them regularly and they are great. They show up on time, are very professional, do an excellent job, and I also really like the goals of the company. They are my go to guys.

The estimator came out about a week before the service was performed. He arrived before the scheduled time so I was not at home as I wanted to be. Did not provide a emailed estimate though they said were going to; I called them for the estimate and to make the appointment to clean the gutters. I understand that they were backed up because of weather. I had some questions about procedures and they were able to answer them over the phone.
A multiperson team showed up (early again) to do the work. One guy climbed on the roof to bend down to remove the debris from the gutter. The other fellows picked up the piles and blew with a blower. They blew the area they had worked in and them some. Removed the gutter debris and took it with them on their truck since I did not have yard waste can space.
Very courteous.
Only small complaint was that they arrived early for both the estimate and the cleaning. But I suppose some would be happy with an earlier rather than a late arrival.
I would recommend them with no hesitation and would use them again.
