for my employer we have a perpetual plaque that was originally bought from a now closed shop. i had just recently moved back to Durham after an eight year absence and wasn't sure where to go. i looked up and went to tri-city to see if they could match the font and would engrave one of the plates. they were helpful, professional, and very nice even though the original plaque was not purchased from them. the turnaround time was only a day for the engraving. i have since returned to have another plate engraved - dropped it at tri-city around 10am and it was ready lunchtime the next day. they did not look down on the "small" job. which will keep me coming back and also use them for a future "big" job. good work, keep it up. excellent customer service.
