I called Mr.Blackwell and left him a message describing the work I needed done. He promptly returned my phone call. He came and looked at my job and then promptly submitted a written estimate. We scheduled a time that would meet my deadline schedule. He came the day he said he would and finished the job promptly. I was very pleased with the quality of work and his prices where very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use His company again and I would recommend them.
