We worked with Wes to replace an HVAC unit that was old and probably damaged by the floods in July. Cost was a primary issue with other damage to pay for already. Wes understood, provided a turnkey price and did everything he said he would do, short of providing a decking in the attic to allow for an inspection. He called and said that if the area had been larger and could have been covered with simple carpentry he'd have done it but that he was in HVAC not woodworking, which made sense to me. He worked quickly, got everything running and checked his work. Overall a very good experience.
