He was wonderful. He helped us pick the shingles. This roof was really bad; it had like five leaks on it. We had to order these designer shingles and it was going to take a week for them to come in, and we had rain coming so he put some caulking on the leaks in the meantime. He's just a really nice guy. The roof looks beautiful. He's very honest. He didn't want to overcharge us by ordering too many shingles, and he was short by a couple bundles but he didn't make us pay for the delivery on that. Another roofer in town was going to charge us $13,000 and he was going to use 3-tab shingles, which would have been $3,000 material and $10,000 labor. With Tim, we got $8,000 worth of material and $5,000 of labor, so there's a big difference. We're very pleased.
