My deck needed a refresh and I reached out to Thomas and Val. The flat surfaces of the deck needed to be gutted out and replaced entirely. I wanted new cable railing instead of the old 4x4, for a more modern look. Finally, my long time dream was to have a covered section of the deck - not a sun room or a pergola, but a roof above the area we dine and entertain in. Just see the pictures before and after. The deck looks really good in white, coffee brown on the banisters, and the perfectly installed stainless steel cable railing. The roof ended up being four layers: wood lining underneath the rafters, plywood, insulation layer, and metal on top. It provides an excellent insulation from the sun and is nice and cozy sitting outside when it rains. With this roof and the fan on, we can eat and hang out outside comfortably at 96 degree temperatures. We basically extended our outdoor season to year around. The quality of the work is impeccable and I could not recommend this team more!

Thomas did a great job fabricating and installing a custom chimney cap that provides complete coverage of my chimney’s crown. I appreciate that he listened to what I needed, gave me options, and completed the work as stated. Craftsmanship exceeded my expectations, and I’d highly recommend.
