We didn't have any issues with what they did. The prices were acceptable and the work that they did was very nice. There were two or three workers that came out.

"Ms [Member Name Removed] Thanks a lot for your VERY BAD review. That was absolutely not true and you know that. You told me that the cleaning was very good but the hard floor could use a little more attention by next cleaning. and the reason you did not wanted us back was because I did not reply to you on the time ( you called 9am and I returned your call at 5pm ) and because I used your mop, which you didn't even know you had it. You called me asking for your key back and did not even opened your door for me when I went to return it. Now you really seemed a very nice lady on my estimate and without no reason at all you were simply another person on the next day. We really hope that you have found someone to help you the way you need. Thanks again Camila/Vivian"

We had a cleaning done just before putting our house up for sale. We used a coupon for 4 hours of cleaning. 3 cleaners came and worked about 1.5 hours for quick and thorough work. Camila responded to my request quickly, was able to accommodate my schedule and helped me prioritize which areas to focus on. The results were shiny and impressive! We would definitely use this company again. Highly recommended.

The initial deep cleaning was a disaster. The owner admitted that she was not present and would like to rectify the cleaning the following day. She did an amazing job the following day. Today's maintenance cleaning two weeks later gave me the impression that it was rushed and not given much attention to details. Corners of the floor had frank dirt and looked as if they were not thoroughly mopped. Top of stove had debris left. Bathroom corner had hair and powder remaining. Things were not moved and wiped around. She tried to resolve by not having us pay for today's service but all I wanted was a clean house and instead i am having to redo the cleaning myself.

Camilla arrived on time, did an amazing job and was very pleasant and professional. At three hours there was still a bit more to do and she stayed and completed the job. I definitely want to have her back.

We had to move and get our old house ready to be inspected this past fall. Camila and her crew came in on fairly short notice to clean our new house while we packed the old one and then cleaned our old house when the final walk through changed. She did such a wonderful, thorough job that we're now on her bi-weekly schedule to clean our current house. She is always professional, responds to communication quickly, and is flexible. I highly recommend her.

I have a fairly large house, its not really messy but I have an infant and haven't been able to keep up with the cleaning. My house was really clean when I got home from work! I could finally breathe again! They did a great job.

Camilla and her team were excellent. Once I purchased the service online, she communicated with me very quickly to make all of the arrangements. They provided the service on the date and time that I requested and we kept in close communication through texting as well. The house was beautiful and she followed up with me after to make sure that we were happy with her services. I will absolutely use The One Maid To Clean again and will recommend them to others as well. Thank you!

They were easy to reach, responded by text or email promptly, accommodated my schedule, my house looked and smelled great when they were done - in fact the sliding glass doors were so clean that I accidentally walked into them. I was very pleased with their work.

Camila and Vivian have been cleaning my home for about 2 years. They are thorough, effiicient, and trustworthy. I started using them upon a friend's recommendation and feel very comfortable having them in my home. I am always pleased with how clean my house is after they are here; I don't recall ever noticing something that they missed. They have amazingly kept the mold from growing in my shower, and I am thrilled to not have to re-caulk it regularly anymore. They come reliably every 2 weeks. I highly recommend them!

This company is fabulous and I found them originally in fall of 2013 on Angie's List search. Camila, Vivian, and their team are reliable, hard working, smart, and communicate clearly. Their work is impeccable, on time, and a solid value. They are pleasant and communicate clearly and ahead of time when things like icy weather, holidays, or illness affect their regular biweekly schedule at our home.

They missed a spot one time, and did better the next time. Very professional and responsive. I used them for a couple of months after having surgery.
