 + -1 moreTammi was great from start to finish. Besides being likable and easy to work with, she had extremely good communication and attention to detail. (She even stayed in constant contact and handled contract negotiations from a family vacation across the country!) Tammi offered honest advice, provided great vendors to work with and took the time to make sure we understood and were happy with the whole process of buying a house. I would highly recommend Tammi to anyone wishing to buy or sell a house in the area.
Description of Work: Tammi Brooks served as our buyer's agent in the process of buying a house in Durham. She found houses that fit our requirements, scheduled showings and worked with us to find the right house. She then handled all communications with the seller's agent and negotiations for price, repairs, etc. She recommended good vendors and handled all the details of surveys, inspections, closing, etc.
