+ -1 moreSubmission of graphics and initial contact was via email. Quick quote process and payment over the phone. I was told repeatedly that the driver was on the way to deliver the graphics, over the course of a couple of days, until calling again, when the manager hand delivered them to my office. High quality and fantastic value.
