Great communication, very personable vendor

Before I hired him Logan spent at least 20 minutes talking to me on the phone about the problem.Logan was knowledgeable and he arrived on time. He put in a nest system for my house so that throughout the house there would be better internet access. He installed a system which he said was easy to use and didn't require a lot of maintenance.

$100.00 per hour is pretty stiff, but I was in a bind and wrote a check for $200.00. Problem solved, many of other repairs wanted me to make an appointment, but my guy came the next day. that $100.00 per hpur was well spent. Money spent was equal to the service given

Logan came out promptly and helped upgrade and also install a new hard drive to my existing computer. Even after he left, I had an issue with my saved personal emails, and not only did he help recover them, but he also did it over the weekend which was his time off. Those emails were important to me, and he acted fast to help me out even though it was his time off. If I have any other issues, he will definitely be the first person I reach out to.
