What a wonderful experience. Returned my phone call promptly and scheduled to come out 2 days later. He called the night before to confirm and showed up onetime. Spent 3 hours to stretch the carpet using a power stretcher and doing it right. Now it is tight as a drum and looks awesome. This was done at my mother's house and she was so impressed with Rob's workmanship and friendly service. She wants to use him to replace her carpet in her bedroom. I will definitely use him for any flooring needs at my house also.

Mr Stokes came promptly and repaired three substantial holes in our carpet on the stairs and landing. He replaced the two riser carpets then took a piece of carpet from one of those to repair a hole in the landing, as we did not have enough carpet to replace the entire landing. You absolutely cannot tell where the repair on the steps or the landing was done. A job well done and at a very reasonable price. Hire this gentleman. You won't regret it.
