People were very helpful and pleasant. Raleigh location had no metal detectors available. They forwarded my call to Durham. I rented the detector from Durham location and was able to return it to the Raleigh location. Equipment was fully charged and ready to use. I would definitely use Sunbelt for anything I needed to rent in the future. Both location were very customer/service oriented and great people to deal with.

Their service is excellent. They are very accommodating and informative. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Since they are closed on Sundays, I can pick up on Friday and bring it back on Monday for 1-day rental. They are very good and customer orientated. I would recommend them to anyone. They will service it. They have everything from big dump trucks to back hoes and cherry pickers down to leaf blowers and lawn mowers. They are nation wide and they have a catalog that is 3 inches thick about the equipment. They will bring out the heavier equipment. They walked me through on how to use the equipment. If you need equipment, they are the place to go. I think their prices are great. Everything that I have rented from them has worked flawlessly. They are very responsive and helpful. They are very professional.
