This veterinarian really cares about animals. She is gentle, understanding and thorough. Her clinical staff is also competent and kind...a big difference from our last vet's staff! The front desk personnel can be a bit snappy and disorganized, but that's part of the charm of the place.

I take all my pets to see Margie Lindeke, except my bird, because she doesn't work with birds. But she takes care of my rabbit, guinea pig, and dog. I like her because she knows and loves my animals, and she treats them as if they were her own.

I have been bringing my seven pets here for about 5 years. They are wonderful! It is a small practice with only 2 vets located in a small, old house. The senior vet Dr. Lindeke is a warm, kind person. When my monster of a dog actually bit one of her vet tech's, she told me she felt sorry for the dog because he must think they are attacking him. The junior vet and the vet tech's have the same kindness and gentle attitude towards animals. The vets are knowledgeable, but are sure to tell me when a procedure may or may not be necessary and help me to weigh the relative costs and benefits. When my very old cat was dying, they took special care of her and helped me to provide further care for her at home. They are also very reasonably priced. They have provided great care on short notice in emergencies. I like, too, that they give me a discount when I bring more than one pet in at a time for shots. This is a friendly place operated by very compassionate and capable animal lovers.
