The heating system was broken during the very cold day. My rental management company called three Heating and AC companies, but only Carrie Chan promised to come to our house on the same day. After she checked the system, she talked to us on the phone and explained what need to be replaced. She worked several hours on the project, and finished it before the evening came. Our tenant was happy. And it works until now, April 6, 2015.
