Description of Work: I have been going to Southwest Family Medicine for my health care for about three years. My last visit was for my annual physical.

+ -1 moreI arrived at the office about 10 minutes early. The receptionist took my co-pay and asked me to take a seat. A few minutes later the nurse came and took my back. Honestly, the nurse could be a little friendlier but I do like Dr. O'Rourke who is very friendly and approachable. I did indeed have an ear infection and was prescribed an antibiotic.
