Description of Work: They inspected my upright Baldwin piano that had not been tuned in several years. Had to do extra tuning beyond the fine tune for which I had a coupon. I felt the price was reasonable and the piano sounded beautiful after the tuning. This is a very labor intensive process. The tuner was pleasant and knowledgeable. A good experience all around and I have already booked the next tuning.

Description of Work: They tuned the piano we inherited. It plays beautifully now. One thing they should probably have asked when we were scheduling the appointment was whether the piano had recently moved as they like to wait a week or two afterwards. Thankfully, the tuner mentioned this at the time of the appointment and the move was far enough past that it wasn't an issue.

Description of Work: Appointment was easy to schedule and confirm. Darin arrived on time, was professional and personable, and took good care of my piano. He explained everything carefully, appeared very knowledgeable, and my piano sounds much better, despite a few years of neglect.

Description of Work: Darren Beery was wonderful. He was very friendly to me as well as my grandchildren who were here. The piano had not been cared for in well over twenty years. He was explanatory about each detail he thought needed attention. He showed me each thing he felt needed doing but put no pressure on me to have done what he suggested. He is an accomplished pianist and played for us before and after the tuning and cleaning was done. I am so pleased with Darrin, he is coming back in the Fall.
