Description of Work: Darin spent longer than usual on this appointment, and our big Steinway is an antique that has its own unique issues. Darin did a good job and carefully explained what he did. I like the complete report with specific suggestions that was emailed to me.

Description of Work: Mr. Beery evaluated my piano and we concluded that it wasn't worth repairing. It had cracks, rust, and various other problems. This was disappointing but reflected reality. I am thinking of asking him to help me select a piano at the UNC Music Dept end of year sale.

Description of Work: Darin came in introduced himself and looked at the piano. Took the time to tell me what he was doing every step of the way. Totally went over the whole piano top to bottom explaining everything he was doing and why. This is an older(74yrs)piano that has more sentimental value than anything. Darin,gave me an estimate, then told me what he would do. I appreciated his honesty. Darin, was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and very personable. He did a great job. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: I called on Friday morning, and they were able to come that afternoon as there were only 2 miles between the locations to pickup and deliver the piano. I was a little worried when I saw only 2people show up, but they had the right equipment and technique. No mishap and the whole process took only about one hour.
