Description of Work: I hired Servpro at the recommendation of my insurer following a plumbing leak with damage to my master bathroom. They were always prompt, pretty tidy and always polite and responsive to any questions or concerns.

This room smelled like burnt tires. The carpet was burned (melted) and visible soot covered some of the walls and much of the ceiling. They scraped up the glued down carpet, leaving the plywood underneath clean enough to re-carpet. They cleaned the walls and ceiling "like it never happened". Then they ran an ozone generator in the room for a full day (24 hours). Not a trace of the fire was left, nothing you could see or smell. They also advised me on things I could do in other parts of house related to the fire. Everything they advised worked! Instead of just offering to do such and such for additional fees, they gave me the easiest way to accomplish what I needed to. It took them a total of two days and they billed our insurance company directly.
Description of Work: Servpro was recommended by our homeowners insurance to clean up when we first called in our claim. A chimney fire had completely filled our sun room with smoke, soot and fine ash. They could not have done a better job, we were amazed.

Description of Work: They did a big project for us after our house completely flooded. They cleaned it up and put it back together.

I needed someone to take care of this quickly and Servpro did. They took care of the flood problem right away. They were a little slower about the contracting work, repairing the sub-floor and I had to call to remind them, but they did get it done to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: Servpro helped clean up after flood damage. They sucked up about 100 gallons of water, dried out the basement and rebuilt the sub-floor in the basement.

I DID HAVE TO SCRUB THE FLOORS ONCE THEY LEFT. I WISH THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE CLEAR WITH THE PAPER WORK. OUR INSURANCE COMPANY WANTED TO DROP US BECAUSE OF A MISUNDERSTANDING. OTHER THAN THAT, THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: OUR WATER HEATER BROKE AND FLOODED OUR HOUSE. THEY HELPED MOVE SEVERAL PIECES OF FURNITURE. THEY PUMPED THE WATER OUT AND LEFT FANS TO DRY UP THE MOISTURE. THEY ALSO INSPECTED FOR WATER DAMAGE AND MOLD.
