He is kind of in the neighborhood in the Hope Valley area. He is pretty dependable. I am happy with him. He tends to work in my extended neighborhood. One thing I like, is it is a smaller service. It is just him and an assistant. Not a huge company. He does this regular service on the level I want, basic minimum service. He doesn't insist on spraying pesticides and this and that. Some companies want everything perfect and do all this stuff I don't really want. He keeps it simple, does what I want, and when the grass is long, he's usually there cutting it. It's a basic thing that works for me. He does not do a lot of stuff that I don't want. When the grass is long he is usually there cutting it. It is a basic thing that works for me. It is usually about $60 per visit. $50 plus a $10 fuel charge. If I need to when I see him, I can head out and talk to him and he stops working and we talk for a while and he's ok with that. I know him and he's available to talk to. I can call and he calls me back. It is always somebody I know, him and his assistant for the year, it could change, but it's been the same for about a year. I can talk to him. These are probably two big pluses.
